He's extremely obedient at times, he's making sure that Vlad knows he's obedient without much force

EDIT: Better explanation, even though his ability allows him to know and react to everything that everyone is doing, he can be extremely obedient if he wants to, it's just that Vlad is trying to injur and harm him with tasers and tranquilizers, and he deosn't want that to happen. He'll do anything Vlad asks if he's allowed to snoop and go about and around.
