[hider=History]Minori was born to a loving and caring mother and father, her father hailing from a rich family in the States whilst her mother being of Japanese born, the two met when Minori’s father decided to attend a university outside of the States, meeting Minori’s mother whilst attending the University of Tokyo, and the rest – as they say – is history. 

The two had Minori at a relatively young age of twenty-five (although Minori’s mother saying one year too late) and had a relatively normal childhood for someone who had rich parents (parent in this case). Minori received tutoring at a young age and attended a private school, with her tutoring lessons focused towards English, Minori learned the basics of English at the age of seven, and fully “mastered” the English language at the age of twelve, [s]never making those foolish petty mistakes of using “Your” when one is supposed to use “You’re.”[/s] 

Whilst Minori made numerous friends at the private school, she felt as if something was missing, as if something important was missing: the sense of adventure. Of course, being the “child” she was, she really couldn’t do anything until a mysterious letter arrived through the mail.

Minori, not even caring if it could just be a prank, had to devise of a plan. If she would leave in the blink of an eye, mass panic would arise, she had to do something, and in less than three seconds, a plan formulated inside of her head. Minori quickly rushed off to her parents, asking if she could go to America to stay with her grandparents to attend a “cool” school over there. Of course, Minori’s parents obviously denied this at first, but after a long discussion overnight between the two parents, they agreed.

Minori was cast off to her grandparents, and once she arrived at her grandparent’s mansion, she quickly explained the situation to her grandparents, and whilst the grandpa did think it was just some imagination, her grandma realized what was happening, being a witch herself, and consented to this – of course without the knowledge of the grandpa or Minori’s mother and father. 

Minori packed her relatively small bag, consisting of her pajamas and a teddy bear, said farewell to her grandmother – who wished her the best of luck – and, holding the black stone in one hand and the bag in another, spoke out the words “Adiungam societas et sorores.”[/hider]
[hider=Personality]Shy. Shy is the word that comes to mind when Minori comes up. Minori is very friendly, but she has no idea what she’s doing, and the discovery of her having some sort of magical prowess is a shocking revelation, causing her to be shy, add that in with the fact of her getting home sick very often, she’s very shy, often times she’ll opt to stay indoors when there’s free time.

Once you get to know her, however, you’ll see that Minori is a nice person, meaning no harm to anyone and anything.[/hider]

Other: She has a teddy bear named Eri, believing him to be her “protector” who watches over her at night, the teddy bear is also used to comfort her at times since she gets home sick fairly often.
