Taerys stood for a moment or two, considering what had just been said. "I have a job to do. I need to contact them. They're in the dark right now." She stated matter-of-factly, stepping forward. It was only now that she really noticed the variety of different races standing before her, not just humans. Still, she wasn't going to be trusting any of them yet. "So, it's in both our interests to get this over with. If my team don't make it, you don't either. They'll know what to do when they get to us." She remarked simply. She knew that her words were blunt and to-the-point. She wasn't sure whether that would go down well with everyone here, but time was of the essence. Every second they wasted was a second less that they had to live. The Varyx brought her right hand up to her neck, pressing a few buttons on the side of her helmet. A few audible clicks later, and she lifted her helmet off of her head and tucked it under her arm, glad to have a moment outside of that cramped space. She turned her attention back to the man nearest the front. "Any suggestions?"
