How about we allude that she talked to them briefly. 
Something like they (the four or a couple of them) briefly talked about life, where they were going, etc... However, we just allude to it and keep the dialogue off screen.
Otherwise that would be several more posts on there and I would have to come up with some good conversation fillers without giving anything away.

Also - we are seeming to wrap up Nine and Jen's Valentine's episode so we can move them both forward about the same time.
