Upon seeing Golden Thunder, Superboy's gut tightened and his body tingled with anger, just enough to make his eyes flash red for the barest of moments.

He turned his attention to Armelia as she spoke. "Of course I want to be put back on the team. I've only been gone a few months. You know I left so that I wouldn't wreck the planet after she-" His voice had slowly risen in anger and volume until he cut himself off, clutching at the locket and breathing roughly, trying to calm down. "Yes. Please add me back on to the active roster." he said slowly through his teeth, looking at the ground and catching his breath. Superboy muttered an apology as he calmed.

"But what is that traitor doing here? I thought Thunder wasn't allowed back in the tower." The words spat out of his mouth as though they were but poison. He had no love for Jason, not after his rampage and his desertion. "I didn't know the titans were THAT desparate."
