Sean was in the southern part of Barrowside, where a group of old buildings, still relics of the humanity's past, were being deconstructed. The site was safe, the wall surrounding it was built a month ago, and then reinforced by professional workers some weeks ago. It was a place where sounds of sledgehammers, crowbars and a pneumatic drill were ringing relentlessly. Lots of workers were covered in the combinations of dirt, concrete dust and sweat. Even when the rain has started, they still did their work until the whistle indicating that the job was over. Even after that, Sean was still bringing his hammer onto the crumbling walls, cracking them with each strike, until they finally went down. The man wasn't a bright one, but his years of working in this field has gotten him enough experience on how it was the fastest way to demolish a building. Sean was breaking the old walls until an overseer came. "Damn it, Mattock, every bloody time you stay here, when the whistle indicated you should have gone out already." "But I don't need to go do I? I can do more?" "No, everyone finishes work at the same time, no exception, you can have your hammer tomorrow." Sean sighed, and the facial expression of this grown man looked like a child's who is going to lose his favourite toy, before handing over the sledgehammer. "Now Sean, go to your dorm, change and then head up to the Social room, like every once in a three weeks." The worker now nodded and hurried to his dorm, leaving a trail of wet and muddy footsteps across the room, until he found his bed and his cabinet. He took off his soaked workclothes, carelessly throwing them onto the bed, not realising that if left that way they will start stinking in time. Sean has simply pulled on some clothes, that a friend of his once managed to scavenge. Being dressed up, he headed towards the social room, where there lots of smells and sounds. He got to the bar and used some of his tokens to get a meal and a drink. Being a simple person, he didn't have too much needs, and he actually even liked the taste of all of that.
