"Figured this place was gonna be a prison." Rowena remarked overhearing Katherin speak of this....rather grim news. "They should've just kept me in jail if they were planning to keep me here till I was 46 or something." She had to wonder, was it even lawful for a school, even one for supposed [i]troubled[/i] kids to hold them against their will?
