What makes Frank Givens a rogue though? He seems like a lot of Superhumans that just want to be left alone, that doesn't necessarily make him a villain. Oh and whose identities does Argus know? Unless you want to keep it a secret. But Olympia and Zenith wouldn't be that difficult to find out for anyone who had the time, resources, and inclination. Pariah is another story.
