Ugh.

There's an all too common bug that I despise that is one of the reasons I always use iron man mode.

The game is stuck on your turn. You can't move, you can't do any actions. The ? Button shows nothing but a red alien symbol at the top (like what you click to bring up the shooting HUD for targeting n stuff and chance to hit.)

Normally, you can fix it by switching to secondary.

However, you can't when you have heavy. So basically, you're screwed if the soldier you chose is a heavy when the bug happened.

Which means I have to bring up the task manager and close it. When I try to play it again, the save is back to where I last saved since auto saving doesn't happen there.

So ironman mode is used a lot because of auto saving.
