"I'm glad that we all can help each other through this. So what should we do now though?" She stayed quiet listening to what the other two were talking about while trying to think through everything that had happened over the last forty-eight hours of their lives; this was neither the most ideal nor the best situation in life to be in... What was she on about. This wasn't even a possible situation to be in at all! They were mermaids; with the tail, and the shells covering their boobs, and the whole sha-bam. This was the sort of thing in fairy tales; Peter Pan, The Little Mermaid, Pirates of the Caribbean. What did the mermaids have in common? They were all make believe, yet here the three of them were talking about what they were going to do with their tails, "We should go back to Mako the first chance we get. Good idea. I'm dying to get some samples of the crystals and to see the pool again... The moon pool." She reached up running her fingers through her hair as her head began to shake slightly at the idea of going back to that place; it wasn't that she didn't want to, it was that a part of her still didn't want to believe that any of this was real. "It's safe to say that for now, we can't tell anybody about this." After a few moments she pulled her hand back letting it slip away from Nixie's as she took a step back her head shaking more than it had a few moments before, "No... Look, you two can go back if you want, but I'm not going anywhere unless it's home... I have a surfing competition this weekend and this is the last thing I need to worry about." Turning away from them she began to gather up her things standing up straight once more with her hand fumbling around in her bag to grab out her brothers keys, "I have dinner to cook, I have paperwork to organize, I have homework to finish, and I have surfboards to wax and get ready for the competition. Have fun, just leave me out of it. I'm no mermaid, I'm a surfer; that's it." She pulled out the keys grabbing up her surfboard as she began to move up the sandbank and back towards where she had parked, holding up the keys she unlocked the jeep slipping the board and her bag into the back before she pulled herself up and into the drivers seat.
