"Oh... oh... no. " I responded, getting worse by the minute. "I knew I shouldn't have made this inevitable." I muttered, getting weaker as I probably began hallucinating. I can't actually describe the hallucinations, but let's just say I may as well been in some cheesy horror film starring a low-level comedy actor. Thank God I wasn't in one of those serious ones, otherwise I'd be busy trying to kill my team mates. Rather, they made me laugh and whimper. The effect seemed to wear off over time, but I was still beginning to lose my mass. I could see I was leaving a trail of slime behind me, all trying to gather up to me while it munched on the wooden door first. "Ugh. I didn't... expect that." Meanwhile, I had just remembered we had our first boss here. I was concerned about fighting it, since we weren't really the characters in the roleplay. Regardless, at least two of us fit the description of the original protagonists. More or less. ... I couldn't remember how we defeated the boss. God damn it. I think this poison's beginning to act up on me. I mean, the path's a teardrop for goodness sake... I gripped my sword and pulled it out of my back, shrugged off phantom pain and focused on the task at hand. This wouldn't be over soon.
