- Crash - Crash laughed as she playfully shoved him. “Just now” He grinned at her with a quick wink his own cheeks were tinted but apparently his ‘evil’ habits had returned in force this evening. He noticed she seemed pleased in hearing he was participating, needless to say Crash also knew he’d have a lot more fun if Kathy was around. He wasn’t even worried about the inevitable jests or jokes that were bound to pop up at some point. Of course, Darwin had somehow managed to get there first. Crash wasn’t sure whether he was relieved when he noticed Kathy had also hit Code Red or not really, he was planning on tactfully changing the subject when he heard Kathy stammer beside him, he lifted a questioning eyebrow at her, blinking in surprise at what she was saying. W-what? Needless to say the shapeshifter felt a pang of discomfort over what he heard, most likely because now he was very confused. He wanted to say something to lessen Kathy’s embarrassment after seeing her bury her face in her hands but...to be honest what could he say? He exhaled a sigh of relief as Mercy intervened, he had managed to quickly recover from that awkward situation. His smile grew in response to her answer, another flood of relief passing through him though his smile was replaced with a look of mild surprise as she reached for him, he felt his heart jump against his ribs as her fingertips brushed his own. Is she..? No sooner had the thought crossed his mind she retracted her hand he seemed unfazed by the withdrawal, he tilted his head to the side as she lifted her eyes to his own warm crimson ones, he offered her a reassuring smile which seemed to give way to a more affectionate one as her fingers enclosed his wrist he made no attempt what so ever to pull away from her, completely content with the contact, he quickly leant towards her keeping a respectable distance he whispered “Good idea, my chances of having an accident are ridiculously high in this environment” He pulled back with a cheeky grin on his face, before allowing her to guide them both towards Maria. He glanced around the circle offering a quick salute in greeting to anyone who looked at him, feeling a slight tug on his wrist as Kathy sat down, he lowered himself down into the chair beside her turning to look at Alex as she called to him, he kept the smile on his face though it instantly faltered as she mentioned her hair being back to normal...he’d noticed obviously, but had he said anything to her about it...he was pretty sure he hadn’t. At that moment he noticed Carmen moving towards them , the smile returned to his face as she came to sit next to him, he noticed the other girl following close by and offered her the same warm smile. He chuckled at Carmen’s playful greeting. “You’re looking positively Fabulous this evening Carmen” Crash commented noting the rather stylish look his fellow musketeer had. “As as you of course” He smiled at Lily, assuming she was a friend of Carmen’s already. His cheeks may have tinted a little at her question and the nudge to his arm, his hand instantly reached for the back of his neck. “W-well “ He started off with a small stammer before she continued on with a wink and a flick of her hair. He felt a grin cross his face at her antics, his gaze shifting from Carmen to Lily as she was introduced. “Lily? I may have met you before...perhaps” He mused, before shrugging and leaning forward offering the girl his hand in greeting. “I’m Crash and this is Kathy, it’s a pleasure to meet you” He introduced himself, before moving aside to introduce Kathy as well for once having beaten her to it. Usually she got there first and introduced him, Crash kept his hand out for a while if it wasn’t shaken he simply retracted it without an ounce of bother, he was a little taken aback by Lily’s forceful greeting but he put it down to nerves. He turned to glance at Maria as she explained the game before offering around the paper, he glanced at Kathy momentarily. “...I’m getting déjà vu here, this kind of thing never ends well” Crash murmured more to himself than anyone else, with a slightly worried look on face he accepted a piece of paper, looking down at the number he had received. - Little Feather - Little Feather was taken aback by his first comment, had she wanted him to be concerned...? Her face dutifully flushed at his sudden proximity, regardless of the initial bite of his words she didn’t visibly calm down until he moved away from her. Perhaps I should pay more attention to his advice? She appreciated his patience with her which was easy to see, as she listened to him though there was that flicker of worry again as she thought over what he had said. “Oh...anything?” She repeated, unsure what that would imply for Leroy probably something similar to this. Despite her past Little Feather had spent far too long on her own, she wasn’t even entirely used to Lion’s persona, before Athalia he had just been a normal lion. She resisted the urge to tut in annoyance as he remained silent whilst he painted her face, she would have felt more at ease if he had spoken...perhaps that was why he didn’t speak? She bounced on her feet, contemplating this should she be extra suspicious of Leroy? He kept telling her to be, “Yes! I feel, erm” She started waving one of her hands in front of her as if this motion could explain her sudden burst of excitement. “Excited? I-is that what you did to me?” There was the suspicion again written so perfectly in her eyes as she watched him for a moment still holding her hand out to him. Once she had his hand in her grip she grinned at him, barely resisting the urge to bounce her way over to the game area. She settled for a rather fast paced walk, keeping a firm grip of his hand as she weaved through any crowds of people. As they moved towards the game area it occurred to the Lakota that she hadn’t even asked Leroy how and when she would return to normal...ah, but if she had asked would he even have told her the truth? She switched her gaze back at Leroy, narrowing her eyes slightly. She ground to a halt rather abruptly as they neared the group of students, just in time to catch Maria explaining the game she could barely stop herself from bouncing on the spot. "Oh! We're playing!" The Lakota exclaimed loudly, her grip on Leroy loosened momentarily as she hopped forward locating the nearest set of empty chairs, without thinking she practically tried to tug the young artist behind her towards the empty seats, dropping down into one she finally released Leroy's hand reaching over to nab a bit of paper she was then presented with a rather annoying problem. The squiggles! I knew I should have been more suspicious of them...they did it on purpose didn't they? They knew I couldn't understand them, should definitely watch them! Little Feather's eyes flickered around the room, it was strangely odd how scrutinizing her gaze was compared to the rest of her that was practically buzzing. "Lady Feather, Koop at your service, Kupo-po" The small moogle appeared next to her, causing her to jump before glare at him, Koop blinked at the glare his bobble drooped down and he sheepishly swayed in the air. "Hey..." Little Feather murmured to the moogle looking at Leroy briefly before back down at her squiggle excessively fidgeting.
