Personality: Lance is a cocky soldier cocky because he made it to the top of the food chain and he knows what he's good at he is also really talkative unless on a mission then he takes on a very serious demeanor, he is also narrow minded when his objective in sight ignoring other things to go after his target in a brutally efficient manner even to the point where others in his unit called him "The Beast" because of the results he achieves on his missions. 
Biography: Lance was born in Oregon to a military family that held military tradition as a part of it's everyday life and Lance grew up with that, when the time came and his brother was old enough he joined the rangers, when his sister was old enough she joined the navy. But when it was Lance's turn he had no idea what to do and decided to try out a college ROTC class, when he graduated the class he went into the Army and became a Ranger eventually being noticed by the ISA for his skills in Intelligence gathering and recon.

While in the ISA Lance was used in countless operations in Mexico and Afghanistan, as a matter of fact it was his team who intercepted Osama Bin Ladens messenger which gave SEAL team six the required information that was needed to take out "Big Papa." But when the war on terror and drugs slowed down and things began to heat up in the states, when the Neruaworm hit the radar of The US Lance had already retired from his military career and enjoying his retirement in Florida, but that didn't last for long, The powers called him and attached him as a agent and correspondent to FBI Task Force Lima which is in charge of investigating Cults and Religions, by the time the cult had popped on their radar Lance was briefed and set out into the field.
