I listed off a name set for each known clan: Vampire - Fangs, Suckers, Nightwalkers, Drinkers, Bloods Animal Weres - Furweres Reptile Were - Scalewere Werewolf - Howlers, Moonwalkers Zombie - Dubbs, Cloners, Deadheads Druggie/Witch/Warlock - Freaks, Wizgigs, Labrats Monster Tamer - Breeders, Lifers I tried to come up with something different from the most common ones, but Vamps seem to be limited :P I'm good with Moonwalkers for the Wolfies. As for a trio, if we want a fair set, the third one would be a bird group :P I can see some cool bird weres. Tats on the Druggie/Witch/Warlock thingys, sounds kool :P They could be a mix of the sub clan that turned them, the element they control, and their own personal mark. *Thinks* So it isn't the actual magic you wanna avoid, it's the cliches! I has no problem with avoiding the cliches, but I will tell you, one of the higher up vamps has gotta have an taste for old velvet clothing when he's feeling nostalgic :P Like sir coat and stuff like that. No capes :P Right out of the cradle for both monster, and human. This group is a rather cold-hearted. They kidnap children they feel are compatible, and set them in a room with baby monsters. The monsters then pick, through some unfathomable means, which child they want to bond with,a nd if a babe isn't chosen, there's a CHANCE it can be gotten out in time, but they don't exactly morn each lost child. The child will grow up with the monster, gaining trust and mutual skills, along with some cool scars :P I'm not talking the ugly mauling, missing half a jaw stuff like the warg riders in LotR, but still, raising monsters has it's consequences :P
