Is smoking illegal in this world? I was also using detention as a code word for something worse xD, I didn't mean "sit in a classroom for 30 minutes". Also he wasn't on the actual Spire, he was on a separate building, and even then if spray painting would be grounds for worse than basic disciplinary action, then I guess I'll take that out, but I was under the assumption that it would be considered a minor disciplinary misdemeanor, not an act of terrorism.

EDIT: I also was under the assumption, that, since our characters are supposed to be young (15-20) they would be in some sort of training, and not actually be leading the nation.
