As for the weapons, wouldn't people with powers be able to handle someone with guns? I.E someone with fade just having the bullets pass through them/someone with geolancy blocking them/etc. Like in X-men- the mutants make short work out of soldiers and never use guns to fight other mutants. However they do use Melee weapons especially when it accents their powers. If someone can shoot fireballs and fly, a gun would be... Unnecessary. But if you want to make it a requirement, can I make it like a cool ass revolver like in Fallout? Or does it have to be an assault rifle/similar heavy weapon?

But I'm still not sure about the whole smoking thing. I mean, is your character secretly smoking cigarettes? Or is smoking not actually illegal, but it's more of a status thing and would be frowned upon?
