History: A transfer student from a the faraway kingdom of Dormos, the Land of Dreams. Shiloh's presence is a result of an old treaty which long story short means Dormos has to send some guys to the academy as part of their end of the agreement. It's complicated and not really important.

Emotional bond description: Shiloh met Simon after a strange encounter in the 'White Castle' tavern. It was a long and arduous journey where they bonded over their love of food.
