I have apologized for lying and accepted responsibility for that. If Outcast wishes for me to leave I will. However you have had it out for me since I made a newbie mistake and have allowed that to interfere ICly as is seen in my private PMs with the South American Council.

I have not broken rule 9 as that is referring to the actual IC. Not this. What I did was unethical but your attempts to antagonize me with this is just continuing the petty cycle.
