It can be how your character got started in Lost Haven or it could be any solo arc involving your character. This is advised so that you can flesh out your character before throwing him into character interactions.

For instance, my first character, Raptor, had several posts about how he got his powers and what happened afterwards. It took several posts before Zac (i.e. Raptor) and Kelly had any interaction with other characters. Iron Knight, on the other hand, only had two or three posts before he interacted with other characters (Mercy, STRIKE, etc.). If you look through the IC, you will see fewer (and shorter) posts for Iron Knight because of character interaction. Arachne is in a middle ground. She started off with character interaction, but they were all my characters, so I wasn't restricted to having to interaction with other player's characters.

This is how I view it.
