Although she desperately wanted to say something to her father, Kaleeth was simply too afraid to think of anything helpful. Anytime she tried, she just kept thinking about how it might cause him to get even angrier at her. She didn't want to destroy her relationship with her father, but neither did she want to abandon Janius. She was so wrapped up in her thoughts that she almost didn't notice when Janius started to leave. She looked at her father nervously, but as soon as she met his disappointed gaze, she quickly turned her head and left just behind Janius. As soon as she was outside, Kaleeth hung her head in shame. She had been given the opportunity to say something to her father, but she had been too nervous to do anything and just let Janius take the majority of his rage. She felt guilty and was afraid she had angered Janius in her inaction. "I...I am sorry, I just...I couldn't think. I looked at him and I couldn't stop shaking and I...I'm sorry." She said, taking her eyes off the ground long enough for her to look at Janius with a pleading expression.
