A.) Good reason
B.) Plot reasons
C.) Player quitting and leaving the character
D.) Player being KICKED.
E.) Waffles.
F.) Players discussing it and making a certain death be of significant importance.

We're not a bunch of "LOL PvP Kill Kill Die Die Murder OMFG ROFLMAO YOLOSWAG420" people here. We're mature writers, and are not ones to take a PC Death lightly.
