This OOC exists only for character development and posting for character sheets within Naruto: Birth of a Better Generation. The regularly OOC posts will be used for all other OOC. You may post here to assist others' in development, offer help and ideas or simply to post character sheets for review. After a character sheet is approved, it will be added to the [b]IC[/b] portion of this thread and I will link it to the table of context.

[i]Quick Note About Ranks:[/i] Jounin have been appointed their position by their current Kage and most likely earned them during the resistance. The same goes for Chuunin and Special Jounin. The ANBU do not presently exist. [b]ALL[/b] Genin must have passed the Shinobi Academy. Even if they fought in the resistance, they would either be good enough to be a Chuunin, dead or sent through the Academy.

[i]Quick Note About Registration Numbers:[/i] Only Academy Graduates have been assigned Registration Numbers. They are used to keep track of fresh genin, not for identification. It was considered too large of a task to register all existing shinobi, thus they were skipped. Registration numbers range from 1-100 then the fourth digit represents their 'class', starting as zero. For instance, Kino [i](one of my characters)[/i] is 000006. He graduated sixth in his class, and was the first, class.
