– Kathy ‘I can actually hear the laughing…’ Kathy thought, still hiding behind her hands from the embarrassment of the first round. It was only when Crash leaned in to talk to her that she stopped thinking about how foolish she probably looked to everyone and slowly placed her hands down onto the table. She meekly peeked to see what sort of expression Crash was wearing and… Felt the blush that had finally started to fade off a little return back to the same bright shade of red as before. ‘That kind of smile right now is just…’ She clasped her hands together in front of her and took in a deep breath. ‘That’s just unfair. Really unfair.’ She was sure Crash had just given her hypertension, arrhythmia, and a face that was probably feverish from all the blood rushing to her head. But aloud she gave him a small smile in return and whispered, “Thanks…” “Oh!” Once the second round of the King’s Game began, Kathy couldn’t help but let out a small noise in surprise once she took a look at her new slip of paper. Maria probably hadn’t even finished distributing the new shuffle of numbers out when she noticed that she was the king this time. She waited until everyone got their numbers before clearing her throat and speaking loud enough for everyone in the room to hear. “Um… I’m the ‘King’ this time.” She shifted uncomfortably from the attention, but was more than happy for just regular nervousness after the assault of embarrassment just a few moments ago. The one good thing about being King was, however, that she knew she wouldn’t have to do something embarrassing anymore. Kathy frowned as she tried to think of an appropriate order to make. On one hand it wouldn’t fit the fun mood Maria seemed to be after with the game to get someone to do something simple, but on the other she didn’t want to trouble anyone else by making them do something too embarrassing. “Let’s see…” Kathy made a thoughtful sound, looking around at her friends. She also had to consider the possibly she would accidentally pick one of their numbers. “I command that number 3 blow a raspberry on the back of number 19’s hand.”
