Sure, you can join, just post in the OOC. I was thinking of making it October or November, that way we have some winter stuff, but not a really severe one. A serious winter in New York (like if it snows soon after we do it) would be pretty serious, and harder to deal with, as we'd have to gather up way more fuel. Could be good though.
