Exactly, and I would love to elaborate.

1. He plainly said that he was suicidal, and insane.
2. He started to cough up blood for seemingly no reason. 
3. At the drop of a hat, literally a single insult, he started going insane. Meaning he could do this again.
4. And lastly, he has rapid mood swings that could end up endangering someone.
