Abilities: Damien has an affinity for magic, particularly that which has to do with death and spirits. The older he gets, the stronger his abilities have become, and he learns new spells naturally, simply by experimenting. I'm just gonna list some spells to run them by you.

*Soul Sense - can sense souls, even incorporeal ones, and has the ability to see them, even through walls. Ninjas are not gonna be able to sneak up on him. Soulless beings could. 
*Speak with dead - Mostly means he can talk to ghosts. 
*Soul Manipulation - Can compel souls to freeze in place, force them out of the material realm, potentially tear them out of living bodies and kill the person, or cause them pain. 
*Grasp of the Dead - Can call up skeletal arms out of the ground to grab and slash at enemy's feet.
*Wave of Fatigue - Spell causes target to become exhausted and therefore much less able to run or fight.
*Energy Drain - A channeled version of wave of fatigue that requires touch. 
*Death to Undeath - Obliterates undead instantly, makes them explode.
*Control Undead - Force an undead to obey simple commands. Applies to incorporeal undead as well.
*Animate Dead - Make an obedient zombie out of a corpse.
*Soul Death - Destroys a soul - perhaps can be resisted by willpower?
*Fade - Can phase halfway into the spectral world, making him ghostlike and impossible to hit with material weapons, etc. Only lasts a limited time.
*Spell Resistance - Less affected by magic.
*Undeath Ward - Makes a spherical shield around him which undead cannot enter.
*Bone Shield - Sends a thick bone whirling around him in a circle, knocking away any physical attacks, weapons or projectiles.
*Chill Touch - can cause cold damage by touch.
*Rebuke Undead - Damages/harms/tortures undead.
*Cause Fear - Freaks living people out.
*Vampiric Touch - Can drain some life energy out of an enemy on touch, transferring it to Damien temporarily.
*Lightning Bolt - I think this wold be a cool ranged attack. 

Equipment: Backpack, knife. 

Personality: Quiet and jaded. Damien spent his whole life in an orphanage with his sister, except she got out long before he did. It was a strict religious environment, and Damien had the worst of it, due to his blasphemous attention-seeking. His skin is cold, he's pale, and people get an uneasy feeling if they look at him for too long. He's young and bitter, also distrusting.
Bio: Single-parent mother died while he was very young, "graduated" only a few years ago. Lives with sister in a trailer park. Can't find a job. Completely sucks at hand to hand fighting. 

Name: Angela Marie Varomere
Age: 30

Abilities: Angela's a gunslinger. She has super-human aim and reflexes, and is very agile, fast, acrobatic, you get the picture. She can shoot a bird out of the sky mid-cartwheel. She's also really good at throwing small objects, like forks, causing them to stick in the wall right beside you eye when she wants to win an argument. 

Equipment: two heavy handguns, a pistol on her leg, sniper rifle on her shoulder, gambler's dagger, various small knives... Angela gets a lot of her equipment as payment for her work. She's got smoke grenades and a kevlar vest, but she obviously doesn't show up fully loaded to go shopping. 

Personality: cold enough to survive, hopeful enough to hang on. 

Bio: The orphanage sucked, but at least Damien is living with her now. She doesn't tell him what kind of jobs she goes out on at night, but she told him it wasn't prostitution. Damien thinks she's a drug dealer. The truth is, she murders for drug dealers.
