Verlassën was thankful for the rest. She dipped her head in an instinctive nod of thanks. She trotted over to the edge of the cave, just able to stop her legs from giving out until she was able to get into a sitting position. Laying down, Verlassën put her head on her paws, her eyes looking around the gloom for a moment before she summoned a small flame at her nose, before curling up, the flame spreading the warmth over her. Her ears flicked back and forth as she closed her eyes, almost immediately falling asleep, but not before she heard a fox's bark somewhere in the distance, and another, answering it. Her foggy mind faintly registered them, but she reminded herself to check on it in the morning. Her ears fell flat against her head and letting out a puff of mist from her dormant ice powers, Verlassën fell into a deep sleep, the blue flame at her nose unwavering as she slept, keeping the fox warm even against the cool night air.
