This caught my interest, does psychic powers exist in this universe, if so to what extend and how is viewed. I was thinking of maybe having some kind of pyro kinetic person, because setting people on fire is fun. (Basically, being able to create fire on his person and have limited control over it and obviously not be harmed by it. So like create a ball of fire and then throw it.)
