Welcome, I'm Death. Pleasure to meet you. These are my apartments, we have some empty spaces, since the last residents died of....a painful encounter

 Well this is the undead apartments, any undead sentient beings are welcome. As long as they are dead they are accepeted. NEcromancy is accepted as long as you're dead. Right then...onto the rules.
