I don't know what spidey's exact strength level is but I suspect that Aracnid's physical strength is either on the same level or a bit more. Then there's the fact this is in a Cyberpunk setting where the tech can get ridiculously versatile. Then there is the whole bit that each finger can needs several tons to be able to pull away from a surface. Then there is the outfit while spidey mostly wears spandex, various vision modes and the gauntlet extra web features. 

If we are going strictly spider-man who isn't part of shield, Arachnid would have the upper hand.
