It's not a bad rule in theory. In fact, I think any GM would like a rule that says "Players can't quit!", but nothing stops any one of us from leaving this thread and never looking back.

That said, it's not a huge issue for players to enter and leave the game. What happened here is largely my fault. I thought Outcast was going to brief Pepperm1nt on Austria's diplomatic status. That was an assumption on my part. I should have contacted Pepperm1nt myself and gave him the rundown.

That said, I just did exactly that. Pepperm1nt, check your PMs when you get the chance.
