Species: Hellfire Skeleton
Basically, he looks like a burnt skeleton. He can make fire flare up around himself at will.

Personality: To sum of Logan, it would have to be beach bum and a rock star rolled into one person. He is incredibly laid back, lazy, and paradoxically very determined in finding things "metal" or "brutal". While these personality traits many would find unappealing, they help liven up the place. Plus he doesn't kiss and tell, your secrets are safe with him. 

HIstory: Logan came doesn't know who he is pre-death, but he assumes that he was similar to who he is now. Anyway, Logan was created by a novice necromancer who botched the ritual. While Logan was completely under his control, he wasn't another mindless minion. Most of his "life" was spent under the necromancer, hiding bodies, lighting stuff on fire, the occasional murder. That was cut to an end when some heros finally tracked the necromancer down and killed him, freeing Logan from his control and somehow staying alive. Relatively. 

After that, Logan traveled around. Saw some sights, learned some stuff, punched a terrorist, you know...normal stuff. During his travels around the world Logan learned the majesty of the guitar and has been in love ever since. When the apartment first opened Logan was one of the first tenants and the unofficial host that shows the people around. Which mostly entails pointing them to some nice landmarks.

Any other stuff: 
Logan is a wizard on the guitar, how he plays it with his bony fingers is a secret he doesn't tell. 

As a magically enhanced skeleton he is not a brittle sack of bones, nor is he weak as shit. He could lift a grown man with one hand without any trouble. 

"Smokes" cigarettes and cigars. It works very much the same as his guitar playing skills, as in nobody knows how he does it but him.
