Name: Melanie

Age: 312 (looks 40)

Species: Vampire

Personality: A first impression of her would give off vibes of cold heartedness, but if she lets you in then you'll get to know the true Melanie who is a bit sweeter. Still a bit cold hearted though. She doesn't really make an effort to talk to the other residents of the apartment, although if someone talks to her then she'll be content with that. Melanie is very lonely.

HIstory: She use to have a family which she loved very dearly; a daughter and a wife. One day her daughter went for a walk in the woods and never came back, she and her wife went out looking for her and found she had been mauled by a vampire. A group of vampires then attacked them both, only leaving Melanie live on as an undead. The group of vampires wanted her to suffer the loss of her family, they had no good reason to. They just felt like it, did it for fun and that made her blood boil. 

Years later she tracked down the group and brutally killed them all for what they had done to her family. After that she vowed to never kill again, but she has trouble resisting her lust for blood.

Pets: A raven that she talks to during most of the day if she has nothing better to do.

Room Descriiption: To one side of the room there is a bookshelf with different genres of literature; Melanie has already gotten through half of the books. The curtains are always shut to keep out the sunlight. There is no mess anywhere around the room, she cleans it every day to make sure of that and she doesn't let anyone in much these days. To the other side is her plain black coffin. All over the walls are quickly handwritten notes of new story ideas; as well as reading she likes to write, she uses her typewriter for this. Apart from that there was not much else in her room, mostly empty which she preferred.

Any other stuff: Melanie has dark brown hair along with very pale skin. She likes to wear a red dress that goes down to her feet and put on red lipstick to brighten up her appearance. Her eyes are hazel coloured.
