Rex, I'd love to hear your idea of a theme for Haruka. Seeing (or in this case, hearing) how other people envision the personality of one's character is always fun.

I've had so many characters, with so many custom clans and custom KG and custom everything that I can't even [i]begin[/i] to list all the custom techniques I've made. That and my memory is terrible when it comes to things like that and I've forgotten most of it.

Haruka doesn't have (and never have had, as far as I remember) any custom techniques. She's terrible at molding chakra and most of the time it "explodes" and hurts her when she tries to form techniques.
There was one roleplay she was in where she actually got her chakra somewhat under control, but even then she stuck to pretty basic techniques (Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu, Kirigakure no Jutsu, Kuchiyose no Jutsu, Mizuame Nabara). Simple stuff. She did have a customly evolved version of Mizuame Nabara, though... I just can't remember how it went.
(And I plan on her signing a summoning contract later on in this RP, too. Not sure if I'm gonna have her get her chakra under control in this one, though. It depends on how it goes.)
