Meanwhile...

My character can react quickly and just teleport around while "invisible" and either constantly shooting or throwing his burning knives if I'm fighting at sunset or sunrise. xD

We said powers would be less strict as this is going to be a full grown superhero RP... 

We have a girl that can use the entire city against you and a guy that can absorb the energy of the entire city.

I think all will be fine as long as the members can stick to being trustworthy.
