The only other "mage" in F/SN that would have probably done it would be Shinji, but he was already getting action before that from Sakura, so it wouldn't be new to him. Hes also even less of a magus than Shirou. (Not to mention he wasn't really the master in the first place.) 

Edit: I also forgot about teacher assassin guy, but he doesn't really seem to do it because its his only option available, but because he likes her.
