Pretty much, When it comes to man made metals, he has to be in direct contact to control. Wait, are you a gm? If so, does that mean I'm accepted?

I thought you only had one character? And that the sister was just an NPC. Well, I think the host would become a Lycan, making them harder for the demon control, but otherwise I'd say not much else happens.
