So each character is going to have some thing that would be usefull on a quest (so maybe one person is known for tracking or combat ect.) so the queen of Shimshee gathers them so that they can find the one person who knows how to help, Mintressa, then they have to go defeat Calimnia and stop her curse with the info Mintressa gave them. 
Mintressa is an old gnomill who can see the futur and pretty much knows every thing. A gnomill is a creature that is like half human half animal. Mintressa is specifically a cat gnomill.

The group is traveling to montrose to find Mintressa. The land of the fey is high fantasy, and has many different races, ones that already exist (like fairies, elves, dwarves, ect.) and races you can invent (like how I invented the gnomill). In the land of the fey the most powerfull kingdom is Shimshee. Other kingdoms include treecrest, floradale, corealis, bellaroost, dorinco, montrose, wryden, and lots of others (btw, the kingdoms are inspired by a book by the author E.D.baker)
