Personality: Wisecracking and heroic. He would rather fight crime than get recognized for it but of course this could change later on. 

Powers: 
Rat-like anatomy: Like the mighty rat, Jeremy has naturally sharp claws and teeth good for tearing cloth, flesh or scrambling up a wall. Along with that he has an enchanted sense of smell allowing him to track someone or something he's looking for. Along with his stream lined body and tight compact muscle structure he is able to do amazing feats of acrobatic expertise from instinct alone. He also has great night vision.

Solar absorption and distribution: He can absorb energy from the sun or any star and fire it in concentrated bolts but they only really pack burn a little rather than being able to be fired through anything. The bolts also dissipate after three or four feet. Using this power makes him very tired so he doesn't often use it.

Skills/Special Abilities: 
Amazing acrobatic skills, that of almost an Olympic level athlete.

He is very charismatic and is able talk his way out of quite a few situations despite his unspeaking appearance although he thinks he's a handsome son-of-a-gun.

Background: Jeremy was born to a normal father and a high ranking super hero mother whom he looked up to. Like most ani-gang members Jeremy was raised in the fringes being picked on the more normal or normal looking folk and joined up with the ani-gangs for a few years. He fought a lot in the ani-gangs turf wars and managed to survive for quite a while. After a few years he felt he needed a purpose more than just getting into skirmishes with other of his kind so instead he looked towards the hero job option. Now Jeremy was set on being a hero the only problem was his family didn't have enough money to pay for him to get a license. After trying o raise enough money for two years or so Jeremy finally got enough money to get a license but sadly on his way to go try and get a listen see down at the station he was mugged by a powered criminal. Now with no money or license he decided to go at it rouge, fighting without the consent of the government. 

Other:
-isn't a registered hero. If seen by the police they will try to detain him and registered heroes are encouraged to take him down.
-he was once a part of the ani-gangs.
