Personality: Christian was never one who cared for rules. He however, also enjoyed having his name known. Throughout highschool he was constantly vandalizing the school, leaving a wire bent to spell out Chord at the scene of each "crime" he committed. He didn't like caught though, and he always seemed to know when his peers looked away. Other than being a troublemaker, he;s a failed love maker, constantly trying to get with women who he has no chance with. He isn't keen on lasting friendships if they're is no gain on his end other than having a friend. He expects to get something along the lines of influence, money, or fame. He doesn't care if you'll be there for him, he cares how many people you will bring with you when you show up.

Powers: Impeccable sense of timing: He always knows the perfect moment. Just when you look away and you take a step at an angle your pocket opens a bit more at, a cable snags your wallet and retracts back without you even noticing. However, this power is visually based, he needs to see something to get this timing down. 
Near perfect aim: He still misses, but he has 9 backups to try again instantly.

2 special gloves
These gloves have the following
 a small cable shooting device on each one, that has a sticky tip. Each cable can hold up to 30 pounds. And no, he can't web sling like spidey.
Each index finger has an extra device to shoot a poison dart that temporarily paralyzes the victim
A high powered gripping substance that can grip on to walls and roofs
His boots have a similar adhesive ability, as well as two higher strength cables with a 150 pound test each. One in each heel, and one near the ball of his foot
An energy disrupting sword (rarely used)

Skills/Special Abilities: Able to visually appraise most items, be it an ancient artifact or a gem that was cut yesterday. Great at not getting caught, pretty good at sleigh of hand based magic tricks. He excels in grab and go theft, always seeming to know when to strike his victims. He has connections to not powerful, but very helpful people. He couldn't make his own weapons, but he could steal things for the money to have someone do it for him. 

Background: Christian was raised by a hero mother and a non-powered father. He always wondered how his father stayed as head of household, let alone got a say in anything over his mother, given the fact that she could probably kill him in a heartbeat given that her power was making needles shoot of of he body at high speeds. She wasn't exactly a good guy, neither was his father. They weren't murderers by trade but it came with the business. His father was a high ranking spy for the government when he was young, but went rogue after he found out about the corruption. He went around "removing" these members. That's what he told Christian at least. His mother was a neutral powered individual, punishing the weak and aiding the strong. Eventually when Christian should have been given powers but wasn't (or so he thought) his dad hooked him up with a grappling hook to play around with. This was the start of his love for gadgets, but he eventually grew tired of how clunky it was. He tried remaking it but just couldn't. He was witnessed one day struggling by a technokinetic, or a person who can telekinetically control technology, who aided him in making it instead of a thick chord, shoot a smaller, lighter, less visible chord. Unknowingly starting his career as a thief. From there everything went downhill as he began stealing, making connections to buyers, getting money for upgrades on his gadgets and one time making more than he needed. He wasted the excess cash on a sword that disrupted powers when used on it. Christian didn't even know the right way to swing it, so it stays sheathed nearly 90% of the time. He is now one of the uo and coming thieves of the city, still trying to get his name out there and get in the big leagues.

Other: He always leaves his singature bent paperclip that spels out Chord at each crime he commits.

Features: Due to his being rich and all, his mechip has access to many features such as a near full internet package, an illegal security camera accesser (can view what they are currently streaming), and a thought activated picture look up to identify anyone he is looking at (only works on registered heroes/villains)
