Well, now that it's mostly done, here's this thing, I guess. Sorry about the lack of pictures; I tend to be terrible at finding fitting ones. I'll finish the biography a bit later. I just thought it might be a good idea to post what I had so far now that I'm taking yet another break from working on this.

[b]Appearance:[/b] Caelan has messy brown hair and bright green eyes. He's around 186 cm or 6'1" in height. Even when he's not in uniform, his more casual outfit was chosen to vaguely resemble the uniforms of the Gardens. At the same time, it's somewhat less restrictive and more comfortable. Because he started wearing it while he was in Trabia, it's also a fair bit warmer. This has caused some minor problems since he returned to Balamb. Coloration-wise, Caelan wears various shades of blue more than anything else.

[b]Weapon/Combat Style:[/b] Caelan mainly relies on his daishō in combat. He generally uses only one sword of the daishō at a time: the katana if he thinks he has enough space to use it effectively, the wakizashi if not. Because he's not a practiced dual wielder, you'd normally only see him use both swords at once during his Limit Break. As an extra precaution, Caelan also carries a dagger and a revolver (the chambered handgun, not Squall's starting gunblade) on his belt, but he is rarely forced to use them. Although he's capable of using all these different weapons at a fairly high level, Caelan considers himself mostly pathetic with paramagic, and he's very anxious about his field exam as a result.

[b]Limit Break:[/b] Fourpart Barrage: When he's been beaten up to a certain point, Caelan's reaction time greatly speeds up. He turns his focus to using everything he can to attack a single target at a single point, quickly grabbing his dagger with his free hand and throwing it at the target. The moment his hand is free again, he grabs his revolver and repeatedly fires at around the same target point. When the revolver runs out of bullets, Caelan drops it and puts all of his strength into two final strikes. He slashes downward with the sword he already has drawn, then unsheathes the other blade and uses it to slash upward in a single motion.

[b]Personality:[/b] Caelan is very studious and hardworking, but he worries that by showing that side of him, he'd be seen as an unapproachable, boring machine. He also gets embarrassed very easily over minor things. Because of this, he usually acts as if he's a total slacker when anyone else is looking. In spite of his self-consciousness, Caelan has a very laid-back and open personality. He tries to be friendly to everyone he meets, and seeing him without a smile on his face is a rare occurrence. He tends to stay calm and level-headed regardless of the situation, and is very protective of anyone he considers a friend. He can usually understand how others are feeling, but he's rarely confident that he understands them correctly. Above all else, Caelan is a generally happy person who likes to share his cheerfulness with those around him.

[b]Biography [WIP]:[/b] Caelan was born to an ordinary family in Balamb. He's had an interest in bladed weapons from a young age, a fact that worried his parents more than a few times as he was growing up. Most of his childhood was spent studying and playing various games with his friends. He saw SeeDs as role models, and chose to attend Garden to become like them. Though he grew up in Balamb, he ultimately chose to attend Trabia Garden after careful consideration. More than anything else, he liked its family-like atmosphere more than the feels of the other two Gardens.

[b]Additional information:[/b] Caelan is an avid Triple Triad player and is fond of gambling in general. Games with risks involved are the only things capable of distracting Caelan when he has a lot on his mind. He's also interested in gardening, but is unlikely to admit that to anyone else unless they've already shown an interest in the subject due to his self-consciousness.

[b]Appearance:[/b] Bledios resembles a translucent, silver-colored wolf with huge, eagle-like wings and two long, braided tails. His arrival is generally accompanied by the coming of a brief hailstorm.
