Just fill out the sheet and PM it to me and we'll discuss the character there. Keep in mind I reserve the right to seize control of any NPC at any time (anti-cheating measure), and may deem a character must be controlled by myself anyway. Creating an NPC specifically to give your character advantages is heavily frowned upon and I will not tolerate it. Be reasonable, guys.
