Nein.
A.) The reasons I already stated.
B.) The reason I forgot to mention, which is that my dad wants to live closer to my aging grandparents so we can help them do work that could hurt them.
C.) My dad's friend is moving for work, and since we pay him rent for this house and he needs to sell it before he moves, we won't have a choice anyways.
