If what you're saying is you decreased the amount of money we get every year, I quit. In the beginning I was making a small kingdom because that's what I do and what I thought was the max in the game, then I found out I had a shit ton more points to spend and I ask what was up -- you said you wanted people to have massive armies and strong kingdoms, not new ones. With the math, a town may make 100k, but upkeep will dwindle that to nothing in times of war. I've done my taxes too many times and done it enough for others that I won't do another big overhaul.
