I'm a bit iffy on the Red Flash technique for your genin, but I trust you so I'll say that I'm okay with it. I'm a little confused about the summoning scrolls in her weapons, as to whether they are blank and ready to be used or they already have things sealed in them. If it's the former, then I'm fine with it but if it's the latter then you'll need to elaborate. With that requirement met, I approve.
