Sorry I didn't get on much yesterday. However, I can answer these questions very easily. 
And I'm hoping when I finish the OOC it'll also be there for you in case you forget or need to look it over or whatever. 

- In all honesty my only preference is that we do not have two characters with similar or the same abilities. Though sometimes it can be useful it wouldn't always. A more diverse team would be much preferred. You can have powers similar to or the same as other Marvel characters, but you need to have a reason as to why. Are you related to them? Is it just a coincidence? Keep in mind relatives of characters story should be reasonable within the constrains of the time line. This is years in the future. Characters without healing factors and reasons to stay young would be old or adults etc. 

- The world around us has formed into a dystopia. The villains pretty much rule. Heroes are either in hiding, dead, or trying to lay low. You know some wanna protect there families and stay alive, some tried to fight and couldn't last, some joined the villains. It happens when life is on the line. The lead has taken over North, Central, South America, Europe, is almost down with Asia. Tokyo in the past few years has gotten really high tech and advanced and has been able to keep defense. The current one in charge there (Not sure who as of yet) May or may not join The Leader. Australia has been taken as well. The Leader split the world into parts. One for Blastaar, One for Graviton, One for the Symbiotes, and One for Ultron. The problem with this is, while Blastaar and Graviton think this is fair and an even split, the Leader actually has assume control over Ultron and the Venom Symbiote. This mean the portion in their possession are actually his. People live in small areas in the sections. There like caged animals. Only it's even more terrifying. Some die. Some don't. Villains are assigned to or choose factions as they wish. I hope you have a good idea of the world with this answer :3

- The leader has a very sophisticated and powerful energy field of sorts around the world. This means nobody leaves or goes to Earth without his knowledge. And good luck trying to radio for any sort of outside help. So for the most part. We will be confined to Earth. But hopefully if this lasts, we're all patient and stick with it there'll be a sequel :3

- I envision us starting out together. As in we've been gathered by Wolverine (Might add X-23), Hulk, And I still need a tech like hero... Maybe Vision? I don't know much about him. But still. We'll have already kind of begun getting to know each other and train together, but we're still not completely a team or really ready. And we have a hidden base. Somewhere in the world (IDK where... TT__TT) Also... We should have a fair grasp on our abilities, but I want us to have room to grow. Not just power wise, but as characters too. Also being that we're heroes we're gonna try not to kill. This does not mean we won't be put in situations where it might become necessary.
