The Boers stopped existing literally two years after 1900, then reformed as South Africa. I highly suggest you simply play South Africa, which is what I set you to.

EDIT: Also, we now are nearly at the 20 player mark. So I'll probably close registration after a few more players. Then we play the waiting game and wait for Maxwell to inform us what is going on with Keld.
