Sad but true. TSA agents in the US do not have the quality of training, or standard of quality for applicants, that they should for the service they are meant to provide. The only real benefit they provide is the illusion of security, which I suppose is comforting for some, but is not worth what we are giving up for it. People shouldn't have to be profiled for other people to [i]think[/i] they are safe.
