Roxy growled under her breath. She thought it had been too quiet. She should have been on her guard. There was no time to get to her rifle, but she had her throwing knives and that was going to have to do for now. She activated her camouflage abilities as she ran down the hall to the commotion. 

Katherin was surprised by the sudden commotion. What on earth? How had she not seen this attack coming. Ok so she hadn't been paying as much attention to her visions in the last month. She had been trying to connect to her twin sister. While she still wasn't a fighter Katherin wasn't going to stay in the background while her friends and family were in danger. 

When Liz heard the commotion all she could think was here we go again. She followed Katherin reluctantly. Liz was a healer, not a fighter. But she knew Katherin would head for the battle and where Katherin was Liz was going to follow. At least she could lend her powers and help Katherin navigate through the chaos.
