He didn't get too much of reaction when he gave Kuro a light kiss. And, oddly enough, that's what he expected. He figured, the little displays of affection wouldn't mean too much to Kuro, even if Aoba thought it meant just a little more. The fallen angel wouldn't do it too often, but was sure he could get away with it every now and then. Quietly he made his way up the steps and to his room. It was a pretty night, so he saw out his window, but climbed right into bed. Fatigue seemed to hit quick, because he was out in the matter of minutes. Morning rolled along, but Aoba slept in a little later than usual. Normally he'd be up bright and early with the sun, but that wasn't the case that morning. When he woke, his wings stretched out when he realized the blanket wasn't over him. Aoba yawned and then sat up, folding his wings back as he did. Somewhat still asleep, he shuffled over to the bathroom and cleaned up. He stifled another yawn as he got dressed for the day. "Oh, I wonder if I should hurry so we can feed the animals?" That thought was quickly brushed aside when he smelled something cooking downstairs. "How nice." Kuro took the time to make food was definitely nice, and it made Aoba feel like he should really try and do something for the demon's hard work, even if he said he owed him. Aoba made his way down the steps in new attire and noticed the three bowls instead of two. 'He included Dani too? I wonder why, not that I mind it.' He was a little happy that Kuro was allowing Dani inside. Maybe it would calm the smaller demon down some, and he'd act less violent. He gave a small shrug, doubting his morning rambling thoughts and walked over to the kitchen. "Good morning Kuro. What are you making?" --- Dani had planned on going on an early hunt, but decided to postpone it. The idea of getting sweets had him wait, a little impatiently outside. Hearing Aoba wake up, he decided to wander inside knowing that he wouldn't be able to cause too much trouble with his brother watching him like a hawk. He put on a cute childish smile when Aoba noticed him. "Oh, good morning Dani." Dani merely nodded and plopped onto the couch, watching the two of them interact. It was still...odd, but this was Kuro. He was the oddball kid.
